IT Support & Systems

Hands-on IT experience across banking, retail, and events — covering Linux administration, network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and systems connectivity.

Overview

Across multiple roles I've built practical IT skills covering a wide range of environments — from a national bank's core infrastructure to retail floors and large-scale public events.

Experience Highlights

National Bank of Cambodia — System & Network Analyst

Oversaw the bank's IT infrastructure encompassing networks, servers, and data centers with an emphasis on security, performance, and reliability. Contributed to the testing of the Bakong KHQR system, aiding standardized QR code payment solutions to improve interoperability across financial institutions. Facilitated coordination with private banking institutions to align server configurations and IP routing for secure and efficient data exchange.

Retail IT Support — Gong Cha

In-store troubleshooting for point-of-sale (POS) and EFTPOS systems, network connectivity, and hardware issues, independently resolving issues to minimize downtime without relying on external tech support.
